The Smith Residence

This particular job was an installation in Ronkonkoma where the homeowner's prime concern was cost. The homeowner needed to update the existing equipment due to it's age with newer more efficient equipment.

The existing equipment was in the middle of the basement and sprawled out occupying much more space then it required. The new equipment was moved into the corner to free up basement storage space. The piping was also tightened up so as not to infringe into the room.
